Ihre Aufgaben:
- Conduct in-depth review of processes and recommend/design process improvements
- Develop and manage project plans/schedules, success criteria, milestones, and delivery
- Ensure that process changes are implemented and properly documented, and training is provided to all stakeholders
- Identify and tackle intrinsically hard problems e.g., with little to no existing structure, having significant business risk and/or potential for significant impact
- Clearly communicate improvement initiatives and impact to cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
- Conduct and compile evaluations of tools and technology, making recommendations for the best fit
- Lead implementation of new processes, tools, etc. both for assigned region and global projects
- Continuously monitor improvement implementations to validate success
- Provide project testing and support for non-Procurement led projects
Ihr Profil:
- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years procurement experience, demonstrated career progression a plus, chemical industry a plus
- Project mangement experience with a focus on process improvement
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Ability to problem solve and set priorities
- Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP
- Experience with non-SAP tools and technology a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- English spoken and written
