Die Aufgaben:

• Develop and implement category strategies that create long term value and drive its implementation to that value
• Build a fact-based category analysis that provides relevant insights on the market, suppliers, and internal landscape
• Lay out strategic goals / ambitions and identify relevant procurement value levers
• Generate strategic options and translate the preferred one(s) into a yearly action plan aligned with stakeholders
• Follow-up strategy implementation, measure category performance and communicate to category stakeholders
• Oversee all RFx events launched in the scope of responsibility
• Lead the supplier relationship management process
• Manage category performance and deliver yearly P&L impact
• Establish and manage relationship with category stakeholders
• Define risk management approach for the category in scope
• Actively contribute to the development of the Direct Procurement organization

Ihr Profil:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Engineering or Business-related discipline
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in category management in the Chemicals industry
• Experience with RFx and supplier relationship management
